I downloaded windows 7 again from microsoft and redid the format of the usb and it still continues. I will give it a try when you make it available. so a bit more work on that mater. It successfully rolled back to my instance of Windows 7. Thanks.
However, using the 32bit RTM version of Windows 8 worked: the install did not hang at the inital splash screen. About 4 of these steps until you are up and running win8. I have also updated my BIOS to the latest version (released 5 days ago) that is 3 versions past the version that added "windows 8 compatibility." Also the board is also not certified for Windows 7 already, so Windows 8 won't be officially supported. it hes nothing to do with the monitor. Something broke compatibility past the developer preview. ty. Their drivers are HORRIBLE and you have to mix-and-match drivers to get a stable combo for the moment. Install screens graphicaly looks fine until the 1st reboot.

Had to boot a Mint Live CD and Code: sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda to be able to reinstall windows. my first fix used old fish logo from CP. if any one can tell me the name and where is loading logo file located it would mean allot. The green bar hasn't loaded in a long while now.
Really, I think I need to boot into safe mode. YMMV. You can also "downgrade" to 7... I think reason is somemonitor isn't compability with Windows 8.
