Yes, it will mostly affect just your load times, but again, that's why you put data on a solid-state drive in the first place. My assumption here being that factors unrelated to the PC (server handshaking ?) or our ISP service (100 Mbps) were the limiting factor here. The MX100 line was marketed as a budget line the performs marginally worse than M550's, but performed so well in the market that they rendered their more expensive brothers pointless.
