Tried changing out cables, from VGA to HDMI and back again. I tried all the other stuff first to no avail (drivers,services) When I turned off mouse trails it stopped the flicker….YES……!!!! and I had never heard of this problem, but your "reset" did the trick. Check This Out Because turning either off fixes the problem.
