This obviously eliminates any buffering issues if the problem is still there when you try to play the video this way. Tried all kinds of fixes found on the internet...and none worked. Any update on this? The one thing that caused the problem was having multiple processes open multiple active network connections. Any idea why this is happening? There are times when it won't show and then a program called process explorer can usually find it. Others reported that it did help their stuttering problems.
