I soon afterwards sold our iPad because we didnt use it. Also, I think the Helix is a lot more ergonomically usable in the laptop mode on your laptop than the Surface Pro owing to the weight of the keyboard/dock. I've done tried all the tricks you all mentioned and nothing seems to be working. More about the author If not, I will need to replace it.
